First, policy communication continues to deepen. The “One Belt and One Road” construction aims to achieve strategic matching and complementary advantages. We have coordinated policies with relevant countries, connected planning, signed cooperation agreements with more than 40 countries and international organizations, and cooperated with more than 30 countries in institutionalized capacity cooperation. Second, China Unicom has continuously strengthened its facilities. At present, it is led by China-Pakistan, China-Mongolia-Russia, the New Eurasian Continental Bridge and other economic corridors, with land, sea and air passages and information highways as the backbone, and relying on major projects such as railways, ports, and pipeline networks, and a composite infrastructure. Chinese enterprises have built 56 economic and trade cooperation zones in more than 20 countries, creating nearly US$1.1 billion in tax revenues and 180,000 jobs for the countries concerned. Xi Jinping pointed out that the "One Belt and One Road" initiative is in conformity with the trend of the times, adapts to the law of development, conforms to the interests of people of all countries and has broad prospects. First, build the "Belt and Road" into the road to peace.
